Book a 30-minute appointment with our staff to review your Structure Application, Vehicle Registration, Gate Code access, or any other community matter.

Before Your Appointment

To make the most of your 30 minutes, please have the following ready:

  • Your Lot or Parcel number
  • Relevant documents - permits, applications, or vehicle info
  • A clear description of what you need help with
  • Photos or files related to your question
  • Updated contact info if anything has changed

Good to Know

  • Appointments are 30 minutes - please arrive on time
  • A confirmation email will be sent after booking
  • Reschedule or cancel anytime using the link in your email
  • Meetings are held at the KLRF Office
  • For urgent matters, call the office directly
