When constructing permitted structures please follow the
● International Residential Code 2018 (IRC 2018),
● and/or International Building Code 2018 (IBC 2018),
as specified by the City approved permit and plans,
as well as the City & County of Honolulu
● CH16 (IRC/ IBC Amendments),
● CH18 (Permit Requirements),
● and CH21 Land Use Ordinance (LUO).
